“ Absolutely delicious food and excellent service! Our family of 4 stopped by Hidden Cuisine for breakfast in Aug 2024 while staying in Moab. The restaurant is located outside of Moab downtown but it turned out to be a true hidden gem! Every single dish we ordered was absolutely delicious and just perfect! Presentation was also beautiful and aesthetic. We also got a freshly squeezed juice and super friendly quick service! With all that the prices were very reasonable. When we left we wished we could come back for lunch and another breakfast, but sadly it wasn't possible with our trip schedule. Thank you Hidden Cuisine for delicious meal setting the mood for the day ahead! We highly recommend Hidden Cuisine restaurant! It's well worth driving extra few min from Moab downtown. Food ordered Smoked Salmon Benedict - perfectly balanced, with all the right flavors. Hidden Scramble Crepes - masterpiece!
